1. 7-Day Exchange & Return Guarantee

If the item doesn't fit your child perfectly or if you change your mind, you can exchange or return any unworn, unwashed product within 7 days of delivery.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must fulfill the following criteria:

  • The garment must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
  • Original price tags, brand labels, and protective packaging must remain intact.
  • Proof of purchase (invoice number or Order ID) must be provided.

3. How to Initiate a Return

  2. Specify whether you require a size exchange or a full refund.
  3. Our courier rider will pick up the parcel from your home address or you can drop it at your nearest courier hub.

4. Refunds Process

Once your returned parcel is received and inspected at our studio, refunds will be processed within 24–48 hours via your preferred original payment method (bKash, Nagad, or Bank Transfer).
