1. Delivery Rates & Timelines
We work with Bangladesh's leading express logistics providers (Steadfast Express, Pathao Courier, RedX) to ensure rapid delivery:

2. Order Processing
All orders placed before 3:00 PM (Monday through Saturday) are processed and handed over to our courier partner on the same business day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM or on Fridays/National Holidays will be processed on the following working day.
3. Package Inspection Upon Delivery
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers are warmly encouraged to open and inspect the parcel in front of the courier delivery rider. If there is any size mismatch or defect, you may return it immediately with the rider without accepting the delivery.
4. Shipment Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an SMS and email notification containing your unique courier tracking number (e.g. STDFST-BD-XXXXXX). You can also track your order live anytime on our website using your Order ID or registered Phone Number.
